The Conditions When the Rolex Return Policy Would Applicable

i) Only official Rolex retailers, who are allowed to sell and maintain Rolex watches, can buy Rolex watches. They guarantee the authenticity of every part of your Rolex, with the requisite skill, training, know-how, and special equipment on-site, and can ensure its reliability over time.

ii) For five years from the date of purchase, Rolex ensures the proper functioning of its watches. Due to misuse, the Rolex warranty excludes usual wear-and-tear, failure, theft, or injury.

The warranty shall be invalidated by the replacement of parts with, or addition to, parts or accessories not manufactured by Rolex.

The guarantee is valid for you only if (1) the watch has been sold by the Official Rolex Retailer; (2) the warranty card has been filled out in its entirety by the Official Rolex Retailer at the time of purchase; and (3) the warranty card has been presented to the Official Rolex Retailer or the Official Rolex Service Centre. Any third-party work would make the promise null and void.

iii) Rolex recommends that you regularly return your watch to an Official Rolex Store or Service Center for professional service to ensure continued accuracy and waterproofness.

Based on the model and real-life use, it is recommended to service your Rolex roughly every 10 years.

iv)The Official Rolex Retailers and Service Centres network encompasses more than 100 countries worldwide and draws on the expertise of Rolex’s highly educated, carefully chosen, and trained watchmakers.

If you buy the Rolex watch from Amazon.com, you can receive a 30-day return policy after your order has been delivered.

No returns can be accepted for the following

Never-Used watches that are never used and have stickers, boxes, and papers of production.

Special order on customer request for any products or components such as dials, bezel, etc. that require a special order.

Any watch per customer request that has been personalized or updated. The case or bracelet of any watch with handset diamonds. Any watch that has a custom PVD or other finish.

All returns are individually treated. If your purchase is within the terms of the return policy of the store, they can also support it.
